On October 16.2009 , I had the great privilege to go to a new Teacher seminar that was held at Platteville University of Wisconsin. I felt I was going to bring back new practices to the teachers of my school district. With my great dismay, I found nothing had changed. The University’s and College’s are still teaching the new educators of the 21 Century, skills of the 18 Century. Let’s look at the big picture! We hear all the time how we need qualified teachers, but if they are not giving the correct tools how can they be qualified for what we need to deliver to our students in the pk-12 grades for the 21 Century. We need integration and we needed it last week!
